Manufacturing & Quality Control
We enforce strict, multi-point quality control protocols during manufacturing to ensure products match approved furniture schedules and client specification sheets. Minor structural or material tolerances inherent to commercial fabrication may still occur. In the rare event of a manufacturer product modification, fabric dye-lot variance, or item discontinuation, we notify the client immediately. No substitution or alteration is executed without the client’s explicit review and written change-order approval.
Logistics & Freight Liability
We use professional, industrial-grade packaging designed to minimize transit risk. Once custody of a shipment transfers to third-party freight carriers, Nuvoren is not liable for transit delays, port backlogs, or force majeure events. All cargo claims for damage incurred during physical transit must be filed in accordance with the guidelines set out in our Master Service Agreement.
Installation & Site Conditions
Nuvoren is a procurement, manufacturing, and logistics partner; we do not provide physical installation or unboxing services on-site. The client or their designated general contractor is solely responsible for verifying that site dimensions accommodate the specified furniture, ensuring the site is ready to receive freight, and handling all final on-site assembly and placement. Nuvoren shall not be held liable for damages incurred during unboxing, assembly, or installation by third-party installers.
