• Client & representative data: corporate contact names, business emails, phone numbers, company name, and billing and delivery addresses.
• Project assets: proprietary design files, CAD drawings, specification sheets, furniture schedules, and mood boards shared with or uploaded to our site.
• Supply chain & operational data: factory audit logs, quality control reports, Bill of Lading details, and international shipping manifests.
• Technical data: browser type, device, and pages visited — used to understand site performance.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected strictly to:

• Compile custom line-item quotes and verify manufacturer availability and specifications.
• Manage production schedules and maintain production history records.
• Conduct quality control assessments throughout fabrication.
• Coordinate international and domestic logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and final site delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or proprietary project data. Details are shared with manufacturers, freight carriers, customs brokers, and warehousing partners only to the extent required to execute your project.

Retention & Security

We retain project documentation and correspondence for as long as needed to service the engagement and meet legal or accounting obligations, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

Your Choices
